Natasha Golf View Apartments

The project proposed the remodeling of an old podium structure through landscape design. The design, conceived as a cluster of social spaces of varying scales of ‘proxemics’ that are conducive to and enhance community living. A series of theme gardens/ courts gives each of the different zones in the podium a distinctive landscape character and identity, while also offering delightful views from the entry areas, and from the apartments at various levels.
